Wall Board w/Dynamax Medicine Balls - balls of various weights are thrown against plywood from various positions and caught, to increase reactive time, explosive power and strengthen core.
Cybex Eagle Prone Leg Curl - this machine isolates the hamstrings while taking pressure off the lower back.
Startrack Maxrack - this equipment allows both vertical and horizontal movements. Unlike the standard machine, now you can forward lunge with a 65 lb. bar instead of the standard 45 lb. bar.

Power Ropes - anchored to the wall and used to increase strength and endurance, they specifically target shoulders.
Cybex Eagle Weight Training Equipment- Cybex Eagle selectorized strength line is the evolution of superior technology combined with a passion for fitness. There is no comparable strength line in the industry - Eagle is beyond the other's best. Starting with exhaustive research in human biomechanics and applying the Cybex heritage in sports medicine, Eagle is the ultimate way to "faster fitness results."
Any of our well-trained Fitness Center staff members will be happy to show you the equipment, which you are urged to try with supervision until you become comfortable.
